How do I register my child?
To register your child with us, follow these simple steps. First, visit our pre-school on our website and complete the necessary information in the registration form, ensuring all details are accurate. Please email the form to us and we will be in touch soon. Alternatively, please call us on 01525 376314 to chat and book an appointment.
What age of children can you care for?
We can care for children aged 2 years and older. We can also offer breakfast club and after-school care for children who attend Nursery, Reception, Years 1 and 2 at Clipstone Brook Lower School, depending on availability.
Do you charge a deposit to confirm a place?
To confirm your child's place, a £100 deposit is required. This will be refunded within the half term after starting.
What food do you provide?
We provide breakfast up to 8.15am to the children that attend our breakfast club. Ou pre-school children receive a snack and either milk or water during our morning sessions. Children that attend our after-school sessions receive a snack. As we do not have cooking facilities at our setting we are unable to provide a cooked lunch for the children and therefore we ask that families supply a packed lunch if their child attends a full pre-school day.
Does my child need to be potty trained before starting pre-school?
No, children do not need to be potty trained before starting pre-school. We can offer parents support when you feel your child is ready to start potty training.
How much will my childcare cost?
Our hourly rates are listed on our 'pricing' page. We accept all types of childcare funding. Please chat with us regarding how funding works at our setting.
What hours are you open?
Our pre-school hours are as follows:
Monday Friday, 9am - 3pm each weekday, term time only.
Children aged 2 years can attend from 7.45am - 3pm.
Children aged 3 and 4 years can attend from 7.45am - 5pm.
Do the children wear a uniform?
We have not have a compulsory uniform. We have introduced a voluntary uniform - t-shirt, sweatshirt and hat if parents would like their child to wear it. A uniform order form will be sent before your child starts with us. We usually have some 'pre loved' items that can be purchased from us.
